REFUND POLICY

Because all products are custom made-to-order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or sizing errors. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, before production begins. Once an item has entered production, it cannot be cancelled.

Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs.
